What is Lean Muscle Club?

A Pilates & yoga-inspired apparel and accessories brand for people who like their strength lean, steady and low-drama. Our customers are Members — no gym bro energy required.

What does “printed on demand” mean?

We print each item only after you order it. That means less waste and no piles of unsold stock — but it also means your order takes a few days to make before it ships.

How long until my order arrives?

Production usually takes [TO CONFIRM: 2–5] business days, then shipping takes [TO CONFIRM: 3–8] business days within the US. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. See our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

How do sizes run?

Each product page has its own size chart — please check it before ordering, since fit varies by style. Between sizes? Size up for a relaxed, post-class feel.

Can I return or exchange?

Because every item is made just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.

How do I care for my piece?

Wash inside out on cold, gentle cycle. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Don't iron directly on the print. Treat it like your lower back after a long day.
